Thompson Carr Real Estate is named after Todd Thompson and Dale Carr. They have been very successful Auctioneers in the Sevier County area since 1990. In 2001 they decided it was time to expand their business by opening up a Real Estate division of Thompson Carr. The Real Estate business expanded very quickly and they soon found themselves in a dilemma How could they concentrate on the Auction side of the business which was their passion and continue to grow the Real Estate side of the business. They solved their dilemma by selling the business and entrusting their name to Geri Rennie and Ginger Riggs. Geri and Ginger are excited about the opportunity that they have been given to take Thompson Carr Real Estate to a whole new level.
